We are always willing to accept new clubs to our organization and look forward to having you join in the future.
We are a non-profit group with sister organizations throughout North America. All of our members are volunteers who work diligently to ensure fairness throughout the system. Elected members to the position of President, Vice President, Secretary Treasurer, etc., as well as, the Chief Handicapper and the 6 District Chiefs direct us.
A club fee of CAN $359.70 is required with this application and provides your club-designated handicapper(s) with access to the PHRF LO Handicappers Manual, full web access with appropriate forms and material. This ensures that your club is provided with the most up-to-date information as it comes available. Additionally your club handicapper is a member of the PHRF-LO District Council within which your club is located.
Our only source of income is from certificate fees. For the first year, your club fee is a deposit towards up to 10 certificates (the minimum). You are free to apply for additional certificates but these will be billed to your club at the beginning of the following year. Certificates must be renewed annually to be valid. If we receive race results for analysis at the end of the year, you receive a $5/certificate credit for each certificate issued to your club.
