This boat is the standard 110 from 2004 onwards, with a double spreader carbon mast, 6.5’ keel (as shown above, identical CC 115 CF keel in the background), and as discussed at the Spring 2013 Central Council Meeting.
The only PHRF-LO rated version is the 110 Express with an aluminum mast and 6’ keel. The C&C110 Class has an oversized spinnaker pole of 16 feet – See JSP*. Note bowsprits (BSL)=16.0’. No protect the fleet will be applied as this boat (class) has raced on the lake for over three years and results have been supplied to PHRF-LO and analyzed. Rating - SP 81 FS and 99 NFS, -6 PTF NOT applied (including CF Mast -6).

Junior Folk Boat – Port Hope Yacht Club – Britt Earl
This small size copy of the tradition folk boat and is popular in Denmark and Northern Germany. They are not rating in North America and typically only race OD in Europe. Note: If and when we find them, the dimensions are subject to change to conform to the European class rules.
Rating – SP 276 FS, 291 NFS, -6 PTF applied.

This boat is a cat ketch rig. Debate on how to rate it, either add to P or E dimension the mizzen sail’s P or E. Conclusion: We need further information from owner. Manufacturer rates it at 162 FS. -6 PTF would apply.

Item 3 – Roundtable
Two boats rated in Spring 2013 could use an adjustment if they show up in the CC Alert list per James Dike (WYC).
1) Bayliner Buccaneer 270 – Add 18 seconds to the [FS and] NFS SP.
2) Martin 243 AL – Add 6 seconds to both the FS and NFS SP.
