Certificate renewals for the 2021 racing season can now be done.

We have included expired certificates from 2018 as we are hopeful that COVID-19 will not affect racing like it did last year.

If you are a member of a PHRF-LO Member club.

Please contact your Club Handicapper to have your certificate renewed for the 2021 racing season.

If you are a non-member, a renewal notice will be sent out in the next month giving you directions on how to renew.

My Club Certificates is now back online!

Once your Membership Invoice has been paid you will be allowed to renew or change certificates that have expired in 2018, 2019 & 2020.

There are instructions for renewing and/or changing information on one of your owners certificates.

The Handicappers Worksheet has also been updated for the 2021 season.

The resent changes include the new Keel Definitions.

I hope that the worksheet has no glitches, but if you do find one, please let me know.
